OK so I have determined that I need to take out/off the carrier. Where can I find instruction for the first time change out? I'm not afraid to tackle it I just want to be able to get it back together in case there is a delay, and I forget what goes where, when.

Thanks

"I have cleaned and lubed the primer arm, and generally before every loading session I'll wipe down the index rod, the primer arm and the ram with a lightly oiled rag. Just to cut down on the gunk build up." I understand you think of lubrication; however in this application there are no ne...

For my 45ACP, I tumble in walnut shell media with a capful of Nu*Finish auto polish and two strips of 'dryer sheet' for about 6 to 8 hours, sometimes overnight, then reload. So far it has worked very well. I find that getting the brass real shiny helps me find failures better.

Recently I removed the (large) primer pin, got out my new whetstone and worked the tip of the pin very slowly on the stone, until I got it very flat. There had been a little bump on one side of it. This seemed to eliminate the 'one sided smiley face' on the primers, however I do get an occasional ri...

I bought my LM last April and had a few goofy things happen and then after a little tinkering I have been through a lot of 45's and a few 223's (hand primed the 223's). I was too cheap to buy the small primer setup. Recently I got the latest primer system (Large) and installed it while doing a compl...

Primer What.........New to me.

Guess how I found out the difference between .45ACP with regular primers (large pistol). and some off the wall Federal cases with Small pistol primers. Go ahead and guess. I am down to the bottom of my container of fired and tumbled .45's and all of a sudden I start getting jammed primers, twisted p...
