FYI my press is a pro 1000. The part that will hold the tube is affixed to the press using a screw basically it's part of the OEM case feeder. Right under that part I will screw on a plexiglass block, 2" long 1" wide and about 1/4 thick. This plexiglass will have a guide slot that will hol...

Just a thought would the relay not "jump" forward too fast thus causing the case to be pushed forward so fast it will fly forward. Can the relay be made to push forward slow. It has to go forward in order to keep the next case from falling out. I started altering a OEM case feeder tube so ...

I had been trying to get something like this to work on my pro1000 but I was trying to get it to mechanically move the slider to drop a case on the upstroke. I never thought of using a solenoid and switch. Thanks jekemi.
I'd love to see a video of this in action.

Yes you have. I noticed there was a tube on the bottom part of the feeder but I couldn't see if it feed into the top tube. That's easier than what I was thinking of doing. I had thought of a spring loaded plate to drop one shell as the ram was in the full forward position and close as it went down. ...

MacTrap can you explain a bit on how you got the case feeder to work. I see you had to mod it so that the feeder tube is stationary.

I kept the seating die the same depth that it was before. I added an extra 1/2 turn down to compensate for the feeder. I haven't seen the mod for no the dropping the bullet. For the bullet feeding I'm looking into building a collator similar to the one MacTrap made. Until I can get it built I have t...

Well got the kit in today and after about 20 min setup time I cycled 25 bullets and all went smooth and flawless. We have family coming in for the week end so I won't be able to give it a good work out. :(
Wife's go me helping cleaning house. :)

Next project is a bullet collator.

I measured the bullet and I'm getting .584 to .598 so I'm thinking of a .60-75 to be on the safe side any suggestion on this train of thought?

124gr 9mm lead TC tumble lube bullet and bullet feeder

Anybody have any good or bad experiences with the bullet feeder? I'm fixing to order one but wanted to get some info before I do. I found one thread but there wasn't much info on it. For those that have them, what size would I need for the TC bullet?

Dimensions of the case sensor clip

Lost my case sensor clip. I've placed an order but would like to make a temp so I can reload for the week end. Can anybody give me the length and with?
