The case feed slider, was not always moving the cases into the shell plate, it would get them 75% of the way there, and then retract. The second hole which already exists on one side of the slider, just drilled though both sides. Gave me that extra 25% to get the cases to slide into position every t...

I did read the instructions, the issue is the pin with the expander bulge gets stuck inside the case, and I cannot get it out. I can get the case out of the die, by removing the nut with the hole on the top of the die, and using a hammer to get the case out of the die, but the pin is stuck it will m...

I ended up cutting the base of the case to remove the expanding pin from the case. I've went on to process about another 150 cases, but had it happen another 5 times. I don't get why, I used one hell of a lot of lube them this time and I even resorted to having a small cap full I would dip the neck ...

Nope no smoking here... but after talking with friends, they all told me the Hornady Oneshot is no good on rifle, great on pistol brass, everyone said best to use Dillon case lube for rifle brass.

And now time for the Dremel!

That is exactly what I did. I have only loaded 9mm on it, I started by running a single case though it like a turret press, so I could figure out all the processes in every step. I could not figure out what caused the flipper arm to pop out. I found the answer going over the videos on here, never sa...

Love the loadmaster Loaded over 1500 9mm, in a little more than 3 hours. Took a while to figure out all the bugs, and how it works. Broke the primer seating pin, but replaced that. Runs like a champ. 8)

Case Stuck on Decapping / Sizing Pin (.223)

So I've been using my Turret press as a decapping / resizing station for .223 and other calibers. I've run into the issue where a .223 case can easily get stuck if there is no case lube, I've been using Hornady Oneshot, inside and out of the cases. I have had plenty of cases get stuck, and I've got ...

I made some changes to my LED lighting, I built a box to work as a On/Off and a junction to allow me to disconnect the lights, and move the press. I removed 2 strips of LEDs from the previous set. and moved them to only be above the bullet seat, and Crimp. This is it being tested with a 9v battery, ...

Well I used LED Ribbon cable that you get on rolls like this: http://www.amazon.com/Flexible-LED-Ribbon-LEDwholesalers-2026ww-31k/dp/B002QQ48TK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1342759702&sr=8-3&keywords=ledwholesalers It can be cut into 2" sections with 3 LEDs on each. It runs on 12v, but yo...

It is the lee turret press not the classic. The one with the same base as the lee 1000. The L shaped arm that mounts into the ram, and sits on a cross pin in the ram. The Safety Prime up above on the turrent ring is fine, it the the primer holder / seater, that pops out. As for the case flaring / po...

Turret Press Priming Issue

I have an issue that occurs every time I load rounds. It does not occur every time, but at least 7 or 8 times per 100 rounds. When lowering the ram from using the power drop / case flaring die the press will jerk (feels like the 9mm case is stuck in the die), and the priming arm will pop out onto th...
