Re: Where is everyone?
I check in now and again, but really haven't had any issues after getting everything dialed in and set up correctly. That and haven't had much time or money to reload lately. Plan on doing some more soon though.

Re: The dreaded carrier adjustment
I've never really had a lot of issues with the primer system on either of my LM's, one is set up for large pistol and the other small pistol. There was a learning curve, but no where near what it was for the Pro-1000, I've actually had way more primer issues with it than the LM. I'm thinking it's be...

I don't know if I would buy it again, but so far have loved using the Chargemaster. I did have the power adapter crap out on me and they sent a new one, no questions asked. Hopefully the rest of the thing's warranty is as good. I got it for convenience, I used to use powder measure then trickle to t...

Understood, but if I'm going to the trouble of reloading using match grade bullets, trimming the cases to just the rite length, uniforming primer pockets and flash holes, I want the weight dead nuts on, not plus or minus a tenth of a grain. I don't worry about it with pistol too much, but rifle I wa...

http://www.uline.com/BL_305/Uline-Plastic-Stackable-Bins This is where I got my bins, the Akro's are better quality than the harbor freight and tractor supply bins I found locally, but not 10$ better. Easy enough to bend and make the hanger as well. I had to buy a box of 24 to get them cheap, but th...

I decided to give this baffle a try, and was amazed at how it brought the consistence of my loads up. I've always tried to keep the powder level up in my hoppers to even out the head pressure so to speak, but this made a world of difference. So far I've only tried it with Titegroup, but will be tryi...

OK, the plunger is slightly below the trough, and the trough had a very slight bur on the edge of the plunger hole, couldn't see it, just barely feel it with a probe. Might be wear from the plunger raising through it. Anyway, I put a tiny little chamfer on the edge and cleaned everything again. Mayb...

upside down primers???
I've probably loaded 5k rounds on this press, all large pistol and last time I loaded about 400 rounds I had 6 that had sideways or upside down primers. Took the shell plate off and there was oil and grease residue getting into the primer mechanism(this was rite after changing from 44 colt to 45 col...
