Re: Solution to Loadmaster index binding

Can you post the size and length of the spring you used and the size of the small screw as well?

Re: New owner needs help!

Also you might want the Magic Mike carrier and primer pin mods that allow you to adjust the primer pin height to make sure the primer will not flip as it slides into position on top of the pin. I really like those mods.

Re: New owner needs help!

Sometimes I think those index flippers may have to wear in a little. I got some new flippers for my LLM this year and they started hanging up just like yours do. I finally had to just go back to my old flipper and my press works fine now with no indexing issues. I would put a dab of some STP or simi...

Re: New Loadmaster first observations

I had a friend make me some 3D printed plastic holders that attach to the holes in a standard pegboard. I think the pattern can be found at 3D Thingverse web site.

Me too. I would want a crank slider, case pusher definitely. Still undecided on the tip stops. Not sure I need them.

Re: Auto drum reset issues

I finally ditched the chain and reset mechanism and it works fine now. No issues with double charges and definitely no squib loads now.

Auto drum reset issues

I am having some issues with my new auto drum powder measure. I have it set up on my LLM and it drops consistent loads but it does not auto reset consistently at all. I removed the silver button and set up the chain according to the instructions but it still doesn't reset every time. About once ever...

Re: wow, Dead quiet on this forum lately

I know there is a lot of activity on the Lee replacing Facebook site. Not so many LLM related posts but a lot of other presses and other topics.

Re: New Auto drum and 9mm cases

When coating the drum with graphite did you use graphite powder or the spray on graphite? I have both so will it make a difference?

Re: New Auto drum and 9mm cases

Not sure what my problem was but it seems to have cleared up now. As I can determine the powder cavity in the drum rotates CCW a little past the point where the adjustable cavity is centered over the hole where the powder falls from the hopper into the drum cavity. So my question is should it rotate...

New Auto drum and 9mm cases

I seem to be having an issues with my auto drum when trying to load 9mm cases. I thought I had the die set correctly for the right flare but I am not getting full activation of the auto drum so that the powder chamber actually opens up to receive powder. I can see the drum rotate up but it only goes...

Re: bullet feeder mod

I believe Mike's instructions tell you have to use the bullet feeder. You have to remove that one set screw so the attach bracket will fit under the bullet seating die lock nut and maybe readjust the seating die depth appropriately.
