Check my solution for the same problem http://forums.loadmastervideos.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=490 It still works perfectly after 4 years and many thousand charges. Since that I have added grooves on other holes of that disk for other powder volumes. http://i213.photobucket.com/albums/cc272/helgp/...

Re: weight?

What does it weigh? I have a magma lubesizer on order. Iam gonna try to buy a handfull of these. Thanks. The bullet is 95 grains lubed. Were you using a Lee sizing die ? Tumble lubing before sizing makes it easier . Then tumble lube , post sizing . To resize to Makarov .365, I use Lee style push-th...

That mold was out of group buy at castboolits forum back in 2008 or 2009. This is standard Lee 6-banger. I have tried to resize it to .356 and shoot from 9x19 - it works fine. Resizing does not add any burrs, and the groove is still deep afterwards. On the other side, the resizing requires significa...

Primer slider in the Loadmaster serves an additional purpose: it separates stack of primers from moving parts, and prevents chain explosion of all primers in the tray when the one, which is being inserted into the case, goes off. I doubt that Lee may be reluctant to adopt this mod due to the safety ...

Need a little more than .82cc? .82 cave is .370" in diameter, and the next one (.88cc) is .380". Take a .375" drill bit (this is 3/8" BTW) into your hand, and ream the cave to desired depth from the top side until it drops the desired powder charge. Any cave, which is smaller tha...

The primers on all fifty rounds I loaded are dead flush with the cartridge base. What appears to be happening is that after the last case is sized and primed and that die is out of the picture the last three rounds end up with the bullet seated deeper into the case. Something has to be flexing for ...

Adjust primer seating depth screw. The Lee video below shows how to do this. Primer should be seated to a full depth when ram is exactly on its top, no earlier than that.

After doing this you may need to readjust your dies.

What did you cut the "slot" with. Looks like an end mill would work good. Endmill will definitely do the job. Plastic of the disk is soft, and can be machined very easily. I did not have an endmill, and cut the slot in two operations. First was to make two narrow cuts to full depth on the...

I believe you mean like "Lee micro disk", not double disk. Then yes, this is correct. The mod is effectively micro disk for larger cavity.

My fix for inconsistent small powder drops is described here:

Many thousand rounds with Red Dot with the fix, and no single light drop.
