What would guys say is the #1 model of Makarov sold in the US? The various models on GB sure are beaters! Out of 50 FS, only one or two don't look like they have been run over by a Russian tank!

Hey guys, I haven't been up much because of various demands on my time but Helg sent me a message so I thought I would check it out. I would be interested in looking into it but, there is always a but, I've got to get my designs on the shelf first. This has been quite an undertaking and to make my d...

I have good luck with lead bullets and Keltec & Seecamp. My CZ's need bullets sized .311 and are a lot fussier. I am getting ready to start loading for a Seecamp. What bullets have you used in the Seecamp? I talked to Larry Seecamp today, and he was "silent" on the topic of reloads. I...

I expect my LM ammo to have a variance and with this in mind I have these cartridges set as such that a minimum OAL is delivered. I don't mind it they go long but can't use something shorter as my failure to feeds become unacceptable. http://www.ranchdogmolds.com/Firearms/JA32/Images/32ACP_Bullets.J...

With the LM I get OAL variance if I don't keep shell plate contact at station #1 & 2. I do trim prior to the run and keep the turret and shellplate tight. With twenty rounds to go, I put my Universal Decapping Die back on Station #1 and my Universal Expanding Die back on Station #2. Both adjust...

They also say "Why do you want to use that P.O.S. I always tell them that if you have ever pulled a lever on a press and can not make a LM work, then you need to get out of the endeavor. Then I add, that the Lee product price point does not allow them to gouge the customer like the other produ...

I've decided to drop both dies at Station #1 and #2 as they really aren't doing a thing (see top of post). I do like primer seating at the "top" of a stroke. Now I'm wondering if I'm really gaining anything over reloading on the Lee Turret press?

Primer Flipping Issues - Solved

I was loading a run of 32 ACP and started to have problems with primers flipping, sideways and upside down. You can feel the sideways primers but always too late. The upside downers are always after they drop into the bin. Anyhoo... I don't know how many times I took this press down looking for the ...

How about a turret? Otherwise it looks like you have things covered. If you ordering from Lee, you might consider any other small parts that would cause you to cease operating if it were to fail. I just had a Indexer Flipper crack and it created all kinds of problems and was hard to figure out.

I will echo the welcome and your need to cast bullets! Given your business and weapon choice, you are missing out if you are not dropping lead for those Marlins!

I use the little "C" Reloader Press quite a bit. For the price, it is an excellent press which I dedicate to specific tasks. I use them for bullet and case sizing.

Dang I wish this was 365. I like another Makarov mold. A while back I got one of Ranch Dog's mold for the 32ACP and it flat out is one of the least troublesome molds I use. It needed nothing more than the initial cleaning and lubing. One up to temp started dropping boolits that were BEAUTIFUL to th...
