What Mr Rowe said. .380 cases are pretty easy to come by and much cheaper than a shell plate.

GD and Horseman have you going in the right direction. If you look at the "teeth" on the ram you can appreciate how one tooth off one way or the other WILL affect the indexing. Booger to get it right, but it'll bring a grin to you face when you do.

I'd say you have a lube problem. I use One Shot and have never had a stuck 223. Even better is Imperial, just slower.

IMO, the shake brake is ESSENTIAL to a rock solid LM mounting.

erle is exactly right. I have 6 different shell plates and all but one will index without any changing of the index rod. The other, 4 of the 5 stations index properly, the 5th won't. BTW, the 5 that work great are the old style shell plates.

This is the correct answer. However, I found out a way to cure the problem; I use RCBS Die Rings.

Rusty, if you have a problem with the LLM, you CAN get the help here to get it running better than new. The brain trust here is unequaled concerning all things Lee. Also, great reference material(s) when you want to buy and adapter, shell plate, ect.

Welcome to the forum.

Bullet feeder adapter

It's called the BULLY and utilizes some Lee components to complete the setup. Looks like it's what I've been looking for to complete my setup(s) on both of my LLM's as well as my Dillon 650. There are several videos to watch and they are impressive IMO. They only show loading of jacketed bullets. ht...
