Hi-tek coating will be here in a few days. For now no more lub. Just mix and slosh this stuff like alox (real thin coats) then bake in convection oven for 8 mins and then repeat. Thats it, after it cools. Three times for rifle bullets.

I have some from a friend in AZ., and i sized them, the stuff does not come off even sizing. Most have put it on to thick.

Clean lee equipment, clean bullet feeders. No smell, no sticky mess. No copper or lead foul in barrels.

I'll keep ya up on it.

Carload, does the boolits you cast have to be tumble lube boolits or can you use the conventional cast boolits with the lube ring ?

I also cast boolits to. I am currently pan lubing and truth be told I hate it, just a mess.

Oh by the way a Bullet is something you buy.

A Boolit is a bullet that you cast yourself.

Just a little info, lol

well boolits can be bullets

boolits to bullets, buy coating from

I have a magma star ordered, should be here soon. 800$. It puts lube in a lube ring.

HI-TEK SUPERCOAT from OZ land downunder is a bullet coating cooked in my convection oven. NO LUBE, no copper or lead in your barrels.

I still sell my friends lube boolits.

My large dry rack and oven rack

Hamilton beach convection oven, K-mart.

Batch ready to cook for 8 mins, then cool and repeat!

Aint much too it sparky, just shake-n-bake. Then shoot. Dang hardest thing was finding correct oven and making the 3 wire mesh trays. I made a big cooling rack u see in photo. Two oven racks, i safety-wired mesh to them so i can keep up the pace.

Keep in mind you can do alot of other stuff like casting or LLM while your doing Hi-Tek Supercoat.

Up above photo is just one coat, below photo is 2 coats and ready to load.

That is impressive. I have a Star Lubersizer I might have to let go if these "bullets" become the right way to process Lead. Besides I like the colors.

You can coat these and then size with star. Nope, it dont come off like i thought.

My star has not arrived yet. Mine is $740 plus shipping, later i guess i will put a motor on it.

I shook around two trays full while ago in a largest cool whip container. Then went out to eat, now iamgoing back home and preheat and cook for 8 mins.

Ok ,, heres first set of first batch, second set in oven 8 mins.

This stuffs incredible, clean, no smell, no stink, no sticky, no lead, no copper, Its not paint, mixed up a batch to carry me thru thrusday.
Dang stuff will prob clean my barrel out.

My first nine complete! Fire it in the sig938 sunday.

Old 454, you can coat any cast boolits with ANY kind of grooves. you could even coat lead boolits with no groove on them and turn them into fine up-standing bullets.

This puts the bull in boolits.

Update consolidated photo:

Dont make it hard on your self if u want plenty of 223's.

1) order un lubed, un sized 223 cast bullets @ cutrate.
2) size your self
3) coat your self & u dont have to install gas checks with Hi-Tek Supercoat

The only color I would buy is the Red Copper, but basically I'm holding out for Chartreuse. I want to make some Zombie bullets for my 300AAC Blackout.

My oz buddie on castboolits bought blue, i want some of those and small order of black maybe. Stuffs addictive and really clean, I shot 6 rnds today in db9,, it cleaned 60% of lead out,, so i can home and cleaned barrel totally because i will only shoot these in db9. Cause its going back to DBF, their sending me a new one. Wierd to have clean barrels in a way you have not seen clean barrels before.

Iam coating 30/30 and 223 next weekend for some friends.

every day, love em Sold!!!🎉😜💰🎊🎈No smoke.

Hell, i' ve gone to melting my lube cast bullets back down. Those not sell'able.

Instant spoil you. Call em up! 1/2 liter for 36$ plus fedex.

Now someone with magma star may be quick, but blind , because they are still shooting lead. My star should be here soon. To be used for sizing with super speed.
