Welcome; and don't be bashful about asking for assistance with the LLM.

Welcome to Reloading

Postby erle » Wed Dec 18, 2013 12:06 pm

Welcome RAHatto & I too say, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY.

I have been reloading all of my adult life & it is a great hobby--you'll really enjoy it.

I might say that I'm glad I didn't begin on a LoadMaster! It can be very discouraging trying to get all 5 stages operating perfectly at the same time. I began with a single stage press--at 1st even with a hand "nut-cracker" press.

My advice to you is to contact Magic Mike. He has already worked through a lot of the problems a LoadMaster gives & as an Engineer offers several excellent modifications at a very reasonable price. He is not in the business but does this for others because he is concerned & is a really good guy. I worried for several weeks with my new LoadMaster & was about ready to give up on it & go back to my single stage presses. THEN, I found out about Magic Mike, got his mods, & now it is so much fun operating my LoadMaster--so much fun I have reloaded every piece of brass I can find in my shop! Wish I had known about him before I ever began using my LoadMaster.

Good Luck--God Bless--& have a Very Merry Christmas!
