DH

With some copper plated 45acp

mrbulletfeeder.biz (call rick friday & buy a drop die for your caliber) You can buy 6 hole tube carousel now or later.

With my mrbulletfeeder drop die topped by my tall PVC tubes & iam gone.

With my rcbs seat/crimp die adjusted correct. Station 5.

With all magic mikes (or ya wont be satisfied) stuff, its the big time home loader.

I know, cause l have a super 1050.

I'll make another update vid, l need to buy some plated bullets. Sooooo much faster and solid now with magic mikes stuff. Its a different machine.

If ya have not called mike, l suggest you do and install his mods the newest is shake brake W/dillon or better speed.

Your best ? was: brass expansion. I simple take the lee bell die to machine shop and turn in a step while turning the bell out. The bullet seats perfect like your arm in your sleeve.

I have mrbullet step expander die in my super1050 and the dillon one is , well l dont know what it is, a paper weight?

THANKS CARLOAD 9. I'm kinda new to the loadmaster scene and pickn up accessories as I can afford them, but with a bad rotator cuff I'm lookn for easier & more efficient ways to run my press. I sure do appreciate all the knowledge & help I can receive.

The drop dies are around 60$ bucks

The pvc tube was couple$ dollars.

Magic mikes complete is less than 100$ bucks.

Ah, if a rotor cup is mess up, i suggest you come up with 160 bucks before you start.

That $160 and the mentioned mods aren't going to accomplish a thing in regards to helping this guy out relieving the stress on his shoulder running the press.

Doc H you'd need a complete redesign of the machine and I doubt even if that would help. If you want to purchase the mods that's fine but don't expect it to change the ergonomics of the machine because it won't.

dave knows nothing bout what hes talking about DH, ask darwin. magic mikes stuff well help you tremendous and mrbulletfeeder stuff is the lead market second to none. Talk to people who own and run these products. (NOTE) magic mike states: you need all his molds together to get the benefit 100%.

I found my shoulder got relief when I added the roller handle to my LLM. You can find them here:
http://inlinefabrication.com/collection ... loadmaster
It allowed for the entire arm to move up and down in a more natural way.
Your Mileage May Very

LOADMASTER MODS

Postby DOC H » Sat Dec 21, 2013 3:50 pm

HI CARLOAD9, I agree with some of MAGIC MIKES mods I think it will make things easier, now if we could just motorize the whole process you could sit back and watch the press do the work for ya.

THANKS gnslngr, That's a great idea . the roller handle looks like it would make the whole process a lot smother & less stress, Like I was telln CARLOAD 9 , if we could motorize the press you'd have it made.

You could always run it automatically with hydraulics similar to the hydraulic shotshell presses ala MEC. You would need a way to connect it.
