Is Setting the Dies on the Pro 1000 same as LM?

Yes. Lee uses the same videos for setting the dies on both presses.

Actually, it's not necessarily the same between the two, although it can be.

The LM primes on the upstroke. As a result, the setting of the sizing die will critically affect the primer seating depth. If I remember correctly, Lee recommends that you set up the sizing die so that the handle will reach its stop right when or right before the shellplate makes contact with the sizing die. If you do it that way, I suspect that as long as you don't change the primer size, it should be unnecessary to fool with the primer seating depth adjustment when you change calibers (but someone else here should correct me if I'm wrong on that).

The Pro 1000 primes on the downstroke, and as a result the setting of the sizing die has no influence on the primer seating depth. This means it is easier to set up the seating die to ensure that it sizes the case as far as it can, by screwing it in until it makes contact with the shellplate (with the ram raised, of course) and then screwing it in a bit more. The setting of the rest of the dies would then follow from that.
