ID Bullet Feeder Parts?

Postby mdatlanta » Tue Feb 16, 2016 1:07 am

The basket-case Loadmaster I bought cheap came with a disassembled bullet feeder assembly and, not having prior bullet feeder experience, I don't know how to tell what caliber/length bullets it is meant for.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

There are 4 sizes of grabbers (.30/.32 9mm/38 40/44 and 45), this is a 9mm/38 one:

There are multiple sizes of feeder, this is a .75" one:

I think they've changed the style of the fingers (grabbers) to where they are tapered and work with multiple calibers and only offer a "small" and "large" size. Small for up to .40 (part #BF3415), and large is .40+ (part #1511). They say .40 can use either.

Chickenthief and goofeyguy, thank you both for the fast replies and the pictures! I wasn't sure if the feeding dies were caliber specific as well as length-of-bullet specific. The different fingers should be easy enough to figure out.

Fingers are just large or small, and there is a VERY small "L" or "S" stamped on a little circle on the top near the grabber, at least on mine.

the lee bullet feeder could be designed by someone like mm caliber and prob made to work . Would be nice if they did work.
