glock 42 (380acp)

This is where we can talk about our guns. I'd particularly like to see reviews and range reports of your guns, especially if it is a model that others may not be familiar with.

That's ok, heck I shoot .380 and like it. My little .380 S&W Bodyguard is much better than the reviews. Heavy trigger? Yep, but seems smooth after less than a hundred rounds. It's not much different in accuracy than my Glocks. That could be the shooter. LOL

Bottom line. Have you bought the Glock 42 yet?

l have 400 mixed reloads thru my 42, no probs. Wish it was inch shorter.

DBF is coming out with gen 4 DB-9 soon, smallest 9 in the world. If they get it working i will get another.

I visited Bradis GS, near Indy, this afternoon and they only had a demo. SA says they trickle in and are scarfed up. I'll check them periodically, but they are asking $429, which seems kinda high.

Heck I didn't even know the price (blue label) until you just mentioned it. Soooo. I'm in error for posting something that drew the wrong conclusion. :D I promise it won't happen again. My intentions of posting that website was ONLY for u to see the video clip of FtF, not the pricing they quoted.

Did ya watch the video? http://youtu.be/uzhwI6okmno

* * * Glock 42 Endurance Test (2000) Rounds * * *
"We shot (2) sessions of (500) rounds, took a lunch break and then (2) more sessions of (500). We did not break down the gun, nor clean it during the entire 2000 rounds of testing. Amazingly enough, the Glock 42 nor the Atlanta Arms ammo caused any failures to fire, feed or eject except one light primer strike at around the 1700 round mark. Overall, I am overly impressed."

No prob, troops deserve blue coupons but you know, ive seen the gun shop on post did not accept coupons. That figures.

Yea everybody will like that vid, my 42 never fails. Heck my Kahr cm 9 never fails either. The kahr cw380 never fails either [all shooting my mixed reloads].

If your not using bayoubullets.net you should, no cleaning barrels anymore, no copper/no lead projectiles, YAY!

Too bad that we couldn't be retrofitted for being disabled, honorably discharged war veterans, or faithfully serving as a reserve sheriff deputy if we resigned in good standing.

I got my disabled veterans rating from fighting in a war long before the current sandbox.

Although I am satisfied for having purchased two Glocks at blue label price while active in my local sherif department as a reserve deputy.
