I'll load 50 or more, then this starts again. Primer cup catches.

Have also had that happen. Check to see if some powder or residue is in the primer cup/arm. Usdually that's what I find. Also check that the pin isn't loose.

I been to three county fairs and i aint never seen nothin to beat it. Who cares, i love this press. The mirror works, the ejector works great from ebay, mrbulletfeeder.biz is incredible. And now a pop-cycle stick. iam just sayin.

Never could get the bullet ejector to work for very long on my turret. I tried the spring instead and it would get stuck in the turret plate. Finall took it off.

ejector

I keep where it rides clean with oil then wiped down. The spring one works fine, it you ever had it working multiple days you should have put one drop of loctite on it. So then the allen screw would not move, which it does! I too had problems til i figured the loctite solution. I now have the hard metal one on. Maybe you should try again with loctite.

My spring threads would start working their way out. I love the dang thing. Ive been having trouble with primer swevel arm, but made a home remedy for that to. I load 45&40s&w on LLM and 9 & 380 on lee CTP.

Don't remember where I saw it but (someone) drilled and tapped the press right in front of the primer arm and inserted an allen head screw. Does the same thing as your "popsicle" stick but didn't look near as umm, ahhh, good. :D

A dab or two of hot melt glue or even some JB Weld right under where the primer arm hits might help.

yea, i was tryin to figure out why it starts and stops, then starts it up again. Maybe the horizontal attach pin in the channel, just dont know. Gonna call andy this week. Sure is running good and powder good too, i was scale weighing rounds tonite, excellent for lil' square ( lee factory second ) powder hopper for 22$ plus shipping. Thanks for the glob trick idea! Still running like a champ.

When mine does that I clean it with a shot of brake cleaner and it is good to go.

As said by others , clean the priming system . Also check to see if the tiny pin the primer " rocker " pivots on is bent .

If it is , order 2 , 1 for a spare .

God bless

I had a similar problem when my CT press was new. That pin WireTwister mentioned was not folly pressed into the rocker. Goog ever since, and its been years.

You know the only thing I can think of for this issue, and I have seen it mentioned before, is where the "pin" the primer arm rides on is located in the top piece of the ram...I have no idea why they would differ press to press, but I just went and checked mine and at NO time during the up and down operation of the ram, does the top of the primer cup come closer than 1/8 of an inch to the bottom of the shellholder...interesting...maybe a guy could "deepen" the part of the primer rocker that rides on the "pin"..
