Spam messages and unwarranted attacks

Postby darwin » Sat Feb 21, 2009 12:25 pm

Anyone that posts spam messages on this board will be banned and their messages will be deleted.

This does NOT apply to people advertising reloading items here. I'm fine with that.

Attacks of other users may bring similar actions.

Unwarranted attacks Lee Precision or it's products may also very well have similar results.

Cool Darwin, now why am I receiving porn ads in my private mail box here?
Pretty disgusting.

Sorry, it's been taken care of now.

I can't delete peoples' PMs, unfortunately.

If this is your first post, how did you get a spam message?

One can send PMs to people directly from the Memberlist.

Maybe I should disable the ability to send PMs on new members until we find out that they are on the up and up - until they post an on topic message.

It looks like they started with the newest member and was working backward through the list.

No, it was a user. He was online when I found out about it, and in the administration panel I can not only see who's online, but what they are doing. The spammer was in the PM section when I booted him.
